The answer is Yes.

Most pn students are from Victoria playgroup and Artplus....or have elder Brother and Sister studying....

Artplus has a branch in Tsim Sha Tsui. They have a website that has more information

Oh ! My daughter is attending now but I still worry she won't be accepted for PN due to strong competition. Within our PG. Everyone will apply

當年知道PG班中8人只收4個, 及 ARTPLUS班中8人只收1個,

My daughter start attending when she was 8 months old. It was once a week an hour per class only. But then she turn to 1 year old and the program became 3 days a week, each class is arround 2 hours. But the time varies as they have a lot of different slot to change from, they have 12 different time slot for u to pick and rank. Imagine all these students competing the same PN space with you .
