I'm curious to know if it's customary in HK to give school teachers (kindergarten) small gifts for major holidays?

We just moved here this summer from the US, where we used to give the teachers a thank-you card with a small gift (valued $10-20 USD) on big holidays. Not sure if the two upcoming holidays are 'big' enough in that sense... and whether teachers in HK would happily accept such (without worrying about ICAC, lol).

Apologize if this topic is off the themes of this board; I wasn't really sure where to post such a question... any comments welcome!

Hello Julie, I moved from US to HK 2 years ago.  US and HK is very different, as Annie123 mention, it depends on the school policy.  Last 2 years, I made cake pops with my son and gave it out as a small gift to teachers and some classmates, or simply just a handmade photo card will do too.
