我囝囝由開學已經說想入田徑隊。但佢冇留意原來有notice貼出來昨天選拔。他昨天放學時知道消息卻冇運動衫及鞋便沒有參加選拔。回來之後有點失望。請問通常學校唔會有announcement的嗎？各班主任通知？或家長通告？website? 定或他們要經常自己check notice
board?  怎樣才避免missed out info呢？

另外他是否錯失今次機會要等下年才可加入田徑呢？

Try calling the PE Department Head tomorrow, and they sometime allow a second chance.

This kind of thing, usually has no notice and the boys need to keep sharp eyes on notices themselves, part of the school tradition & training.  And those notices are usually posted on noticeboards outside the S1 classrooms.

Dear S1 parents,

To share an article from an old boy about the school and school song.   The tradition of this school is to allow the students learning not only how to look after themselves on their own but also learn to take up responsibilities and make things done.

The Student Association is a good example and SPC is the first school in HK to allow free election of SA.   It is good that they have two platforms this year.  Last year's election has only one platform but the campaign video was well watching again, I did learn something from the name Invictus.

It is also good fun to google search the names of those ex-head prefects and ex-SA chair and find out what they are doing now.   I found an article from one of the ex to teach my boy how to prepare project report.   SPC boys sometime will listen more to their big brother rather than parents - a sad thing.

聖保羅小學快招生啦，old boy一定有人情分，不过，你還是考慮一下地點先，明年1月小學要搬去香港仔華富邨，九龙区校車费HK$2.500, 沙田区HK$3,000。如果妳住九龙，要六點幾上車，八點零五分上堂，St Paul 小學功課多，小朋友每日乘車時間長都幾辛苦。

名位生仔的家長，請問有否恨生多个女添？看見童裝部的小女孩的可愛裙子，我又羨慕又感歎自己冇一个貼心的女兒。兩隻仔，由第一胎哭到第二胎，看见人家粉琢般的小女兒依偎在媽媽懷內撒嬌。我又失望又妒忌，發誓將來對新袍好... ...一代好新袍，三代好兒孫... ...
