The letter was probably dated on 30/9 or before so the notice is about a week.

If you read my previous post, my friend received the letter dated 22/9 on 29/9 and the interview date was today!

The actual notice period should be counted from the date stamp on the envelop. No mail is delivered on 1 Oct.

One of my friends received the notification today and will be interviewed next Tue (5/10), i.e. even shorter notice!

It's already a blessing that the interview dates and times do not clash. Going to school is not a top priority in this period.

It is too bad for me as the Interview time for SPCC is clashed with DGS!! I need to give up SPCC then. Actually, does anyone try to reschedule the interview time with SPCC? Thanks.

The shortlisted candidates will receive letters in around end Oct to Nov. That's what the staff told me during the first interview.

It seems that the date of submission for SPCC has little to do with the precise date and time of the 1st interview, unless you are related or Christian; whereas DBS scheduled their 1st interviews based on date of submission. Accordingly, it is impossible to manage form submission to avoid clashes.

E.g. For SPCC, I submitted the form on 7/9 and the date of interview is 8/10, whereas my friend submitted on 8/9 and her son's date of interview is 5/10. I am lucky that DBS's and SPCC's interviews are on 8/10 am and pm, respectively.

The school will call you first before the notification letter is sent out, so remember to listen to phone ringing and don't miss their call. :)

Do you already received SPCC interview letter?When do you recieve it? and what's the time of the interview of SPCC?
I still have not received any letter from SPCC. I already have 2 school's interviews clashed together on 8/10 morning. I am so worry about it.

I submitted SPCC form on 8/9 noon time and the interview time is scheduled on 8 Oct p.m. The other one is DGS, not DBS, also same on 8 Oct pm. for interview.
