Absolute they don't do that to students.
for allocation of secondary school, you may go up to their web site to check for the results of the last two years.
For this year, the school from government is not yet out, however, if you want to know about 私校/直資, you may check around with p6 parents. Over ten boys are accepted to DBS. DGS also took ten at the moments. At least two girls to St. Paul Co-ed, at least 1 girl to St Paul Convent Good Hope. Many APS parents do not want to wait for the govt, allocation when they get accepted by the good 私校/直資.
I also heard quite a few are accepted to LaSalle, Ying Wah already although they are not govt. sub. schools. Since DBS become 直資, and they get two choices for sub.schools, more and more students are targeting schools on the Hong Kong Island. So there are more students going to King's, St.Steven's Girls and etc. |
