I'm sot sure whether St. Cat. has already approved your request for time change. I would suggest you go before 10:45, say at around 9:45 if possible.
Today when my son had the itnerview at 9:30, the waiting time wasn't long, basically we ddidn't have to wait.
But when my friend had her itnerview at 12:00 , she had to wait for a long time -- around 30 mins in total. Since today for the big boys , we didn;t have to arrange for another time slot to accomodate the 2 interviews and yet my friend still had to wait. For tomorrow, I bet SC will be crowded with people as a lot of interviewees have changed their time. And if 1 or 2 over ran, the time might be much tighter than you thought.
My suggestion is that you go to SC earlier, since they won't stop you if you arrived early, they just check that you've got your pink slip. By the time you got into the registration room, they'll look for the number sticker of your son based on the time allotment sheet. Then you can queue up for your itnerview immediately.
