問題係I have worked here since June都有一個意思係指會繼續在這裏工作喎.

We often use the present perfect tense to talk about a continuing situation. This is a state that started in the past and continues in the present (and will probably continue into the future).

小朋友要升五年級,諗緊係呢種continues in the present situation 應該叫佢用邊種tense!!

I have been working here since June.

Actually, both have simliar meaning. It means you have worked there since June but neither sentence shows that you will continue working there for sure.

Only a slight difference, "Have been working" means the person is still working the moment he speaks the sentence.

This is the formal definition of present perfect continuous -  The form is used to emphasize the duration of an event that began at a definite point of time in the past and has continued to the present and possibly into the future:

All the above are right. However, please remember the biggest difference:

Present Perfect Tense --- the focus is to show a RESULT, something you can observe.
e.g.1:  I have done my project. (completion of the projec
t)
e.g. 2: I have studied in this school since 2005. (I finished some study in this school; I started in 2005. Will I continue study in this school? Not my focus.)

Present Perfect Continuous Tense --- the focus is on the
PROCESS.
e.g. I have been doing my project. (I spent lots of time on the project and I was hard-working and the work continued non-stop) (note: I may now still be doing it or I have already fiished it. But these are not my foci; I just want to say the work was going on and on, without a break.)
