Thanks a lot to bbdarling, ewongmum and owenmami for good suggestions!!
Twg,
We didn't "specially" train him, actually, two months ago I still think that my son's development is quite slow compared with others, didn't speak before 2 yrs old and very shy and just run around and around at home, we always think that he is a bit hyper-active and too shy...but suddenly he likes drawing and even ask us to sit down and draw him some picture. One day we drew an apple and tell him "this is apple" than he went to a poster (just a very simple poster with a-z) and point to the apple figure and read out himself "a-p-p-l-e" and then he keeps speaking "a-p-p-l-e, apple!" Then every time we draw apple on the board, he will spell it without referring to the poster. Then we try to draw a ball and speak to him "b-a-l-l, ball" for three time and erase it, after 1 or 2 hours, ask him again, he can spell, then the other day ask him again, he can too, then we suppose he has learnt that word, and try another one (actually, my maid teach him if he is willing to sit down, may be just about 10 to 15 min everyday. I seldom teach him because he always run around when I am back home). Then 1 week later, my maid taught him about 15 words, I just sometimes ask him the old words. But when he knows about 30 words, he may mix up some new one with the old one, so we didn't 刻意 train him any more, anyway he is so small to memorize too much.
Now he is 2yr and 2 mths old, he starts to sit down and read the books himself, he will keep spelling some words which he finds interesting, we just tell him the pronunciations of the words.
