Yes, I had the same experience with that logistic company as well. Is it called something like Hop Sing?
My order actually arrived last week. They did not call me. When I called them yesterday morning, they said no information about the order. Called them in the afternoon, they claimed they called me (to pick up the goods) & left message long time ago.  Obviously they either did not call or got the wrong number. I requested them for delivery and they said would call back for details. An hour later, no feedback and I called them again. They then yelled to somebody (one of their staff) & asked when the delivery would be made, then replied delivery at around 5pm. When it came to 5:30, still no delivery & I called them again. The staff said no information about the delivery of the order and also told me all the delivery vans were out already & no further delivery would be made for the day.
I could not help shouting to the staff at that moment & explained all the phone calls I went through for the whole day. The staff then checked again & said the order was actually on the way to my home.
The administration of this logistic company was a real mess & the attitude of the staff was bad, but they charged me (I think) quite cheap for the delivery.
I think for other BK moms who just ordered from myym, pls make sure to check up on this logistic company if you do not hear anything about your orders around 4 days after the delivery from China.
