Hi dear All,

My girl will also attend K1 morning session this Sept.  Her first day will be on Aug 27 at 4:15pm.  2 adults are requried to accompany her on the first day.

I will let my girl to take the school bus as I live in Mei Foo.

I think we need to go to the appointed supplier in Jordon to buy the school uniform for our children as I called ESF and they said there will be no delivery service for Tsing Yi campus!  :-|

Dear kcpooh/bbmamaj,

my daughter also start on 27Aug, i guess they hv the same schedule for all am session.

During the introductory tour the teacher told me that there will be only 20 min of Chinese lesson per week. Just wonder if anyone has good suggestions of Chinese Classes or tutors for the new school year.

Just for your information:

Tsing Yi school does not have Mandarin session for year 1 (3-4 years old) students. The offer of 20 minutes per week of Mandarin is only for year 2 (4-5 years old) students.

In case you don't know, year 1 and year 2 students are all mixed in each class, the ratio is ~11:11, i.e. they don't have K1 or K2 class. They named the class like "Monkey AM" or "Monkey PM"

I don't think so. I guess you need to wait til fall 2008.
