I heard that MCS secondary guarantees only 80 seats (i.e. 40%) for their own primary students (200), and the rest of their students have to compete for the rest of seats through lucky draw.

This year onwards the secondary school can choose more top band 1 students outside through the first round. So competition in primary may be higher, isn't it?
