which kindergartens for St. Pauls Co-ed and DGS?

I am starting to look into schools for my 1-year old daughter.  Can experienced mommies please advise - which are the kindergartens from which student in St. Paul's Co-ed and DGS most often came from?  I was told to apply to 宝山 on Braemar Hill Road but is that the only one?  thanks

My friend's girl is studying in DGJS.  My friend said the kids were from Braemar Hill, St.Paul Convent, St Stephen Girls, CCKG etc.

Consider a kindergarten with feeder school to Primary, such as the St. Paul Convent (SPC) kindergarten/nursery with nearly 100% acceptance to St. Paul Convent Primary School.  

At the same time, DGJS and SPCC accept a number of SPC students every year.  SPC also allows the students of kindergarten/nursery to apply for other DSS school and join the Government's allocation.  Very flexible.  A good safety net.

Less than 50% (or about 30%) of CCKG/Braemar Hill students are admitted to DGJS and SPCC, and the rest have to seek a place through Government allocation or apply to international schools.  The process could be quite stressful and the results could be disappointing too.

As for St. Stephan Girls' Kindergarten or Sacred Heart Kindergarten, admission to Primary school still has to go through the Government allocation system and not guaranteed. But their kindergarten students are also admitted to DGJS and SPCC.  Anyway, admission to these kindergartens are highly competitive too.

As far as I know, For DGJS, there is about one class of students from St. Cat and one class of stuents from CCKG, and the rest of one class are from the HK side and other Kinders, the one as you mentioned.

So, for CCKG is around 80% students got accepted to DGJS, cos they have 42 girls only.

Thanks for the information.  In that case, CCKG is the top priority for girls targeting for DGJS ?

CCKG to dgjs is over 90% last year.  But BH doesn't have correlation to SPCC.  If parents are old boys/girls and kid is from BH, the chance would be higher.
