Have you all listened to the radio program in RTHK yesterday?
Two parents talked about the portfolio(not "profile" or "profolio"! Be careful of your english when you make it.) and interview of the famous primary school!
They both are the successful cases.

LIKE RESUME, JUST ONLY PUT ALL REFERENCE DETAILS OR CERT IN 5 PAGES SHEET.
1ST  PAGE  - BIRTH CERT
2ND PAGE - K2 REPORT
3RD PAGE PERSONAL DETAILS -LIKE RESUME,
4TH PAGE MUSIC/SPORT CERT FOR REFERENCE
5TH PAGE PICTURES OR OTHER REFERENCE LETTER

ALL FAMOUS SCHOOL ONLY RECEIVE NOT MORE THAN 5 PAGES.  I THINK SIMPLE AND CLEAR ARE VERY IMPORTANT.

YOU MAY STATE ALL ACTIVITEIS CLEARLY ON THE RESUME , JUST LIKE A LIST.  DBS & ST PAUL HEADMASTER SAID THEY LIKE TO SEE MUSIC & SPORT ACTIVITES MORE THAN OTHERS.

各位媽媽你們好，我剛剛加入成為會員，看見大家都為自己的小寶寶預備個人portfolio而煩惱，其實上年我也和你們一樣，不過，最後都解決了，現不妨和大家分享我的心得。我覺得製作portfolio最想的是與別不同，但礙於在英語措辭上有一定困難，往往力不從心，幸兒從其他家長聚會中得識有位專業人士，讀學士及碩士時主修英文，後來還在英國取得博士學位，故大胆地email給他，要求他幫忙。最後，我只把小寶寶過往參加的所有活動資料及相片給他，並講出小寶寶的特質及性格，他便幫我贊寫了一封既包含本人教育理念而又有如為兒子度身訂造的英文信給校長。最終，我的小寶寶亦順利進入名校，總叫做放下心頭大石。如各位有需要，我嘗試將他的email給你們,你們各位自己和他聯絡吧。
