非常同意,但其實99年前學校已經十分有名氣,不過你形容校長很貼切!

老師每年是有變更,但亦是正常轉工或結婚或遭挖角,如今年有位教了相信有1X年的主任被校長推(箭)到他校升校長,上年有位主任被某九龍名校挖角等,從未有老師未教完一年就走!除非外借到教署或學校給他去進修,但事後必返.

     禮賢 == YMCA
        沙小呢???        同史丹福有冇關喺架
     同學喺咪淨喺學校老師教.... 綱上之游泳教練是學校的嗎？
     九月想同monkey 轉游水地方,雖否配合學校呀？

沙呂小泳池係比史丹福教游水,都有de關ge,因為史丹福捐左x百萬比學校起泳池,之前一直傾開大力泳會ge,不過因為傾唔掂,最後變左史丹福囉. 學校有請左個游水教綀教游水,而体育堂就游水教綀十体育老師十3個救生員十家長服務隊睇.
學生冇規定要幫襯史丹褔,但史丹福會比9折學生,學生去邊度學都得,但係校隊就梗係學校游啦

There really exist 有老師未教完一年就走! she was my fd and she is not the only one. In 2001-02 (more or less), there were 9 teachers resigned (out of total about 50). This resignation rate is so high as the unemployment rate at that time was so high. Principal is really cruel and teachers are always down!

其實我都聽過類似既事，但總覺得以我地有限和相當表面的資料來斷定誰是誰非是危險的。以我既經驗，離職的人總會集中在自已怎樣看老板，但就甚少會理會老板點睇自已 (people tend to tell half but not the whole story to friends)。

不要誤會我替校長說話，只是不贊成在資料不足下斷別事情！

單以事實跟據來講，間學校既地位反映左佢係一個成功既領袖，至於她是個慈祥的人或否已經唔係我考慮既重點，重要的是我們的小朋友會唔會成為好學生。

我睇過校長寫既書，所以容易感受到她做事既出發點，當你了解佢多左，你對佢既容忍度自然也會提高，起碼你知道佢既思考路向和唔會誤會佢針對你！

非常同意,這亦是我想說的,仔仔2002年入學以來,我未見過老師未教完就走,而我四年所見亦與Mintpepper類同,這幾年亦見她很努力為學生爭取,但樹大招風令有很多不利傳言,只要你多了解就不會誤會. :

Well, I belive that all of you are right. I had been teaching there and feel that the atmosphere there is not good. The relationship between the Principal and teachers is quite tense. The turnover rate is high there. This is the fact.

However, if you think this school is good (though not easy to define, by allocation of secondary school places only?), then feel free and happy to enjoy it. Personally, I do not like this school as it is too competitive. According to some insepction from Education dept., there are some drawbacks (e.g. teachers' teaching qualtiy and the students' discipline).

Maybe I just write to let others to have a balanced view of this (and every) school. Every school has its strong point and weak point.

I guess all of us just want to select a 'good' school to our children, right? Good luck to all of us.

Personally, I do not like this school as it is too competitive. According to some insepction from Education dept., there are some drawbacks (e.g. teachers' teaching qualtiy and the students' discipline).

Competition - were you referring to competition among teachers? or among the students?

Under normal circumstances, people should have improved themselves as a result of competition, I don't understand why competition could lead to  degradation in teaching quality and student discipline.  Can you elaborate?
