I also received a rejected letter yesterday 15/12/09 evening.  The interview teacher did not give me good impression - limited  smile, show no enthusiasm, show no interest when my son walked away from the table to explore the toy nearby during the interview.  She did not eager to talk with  me and the boy.  She even did not try to please and entertain us.  Her performance is definitely disappointing !!  Being a teacher, you should try your best to behave well.  This teacher has spoiled the fame of KM because of her poor performance !  Well, I am not unhappy or so because Kentville has accepted my son earlier !!

我收到信時見到咁厚其實都知道是reject信, 因為expect 佢會寄返d 回郵信封比我呢!

至於你講點解明知收咁少人都比咁多人去見,  我估學校都想好似你咁講唔in 咁多人, $30的確唔好賺, 試想我地家長所做的準備, 其實遠比老師要做的工作要少, 況且學校最怕是依家有個地方叫"平機會", 你不提供平等機會比人去in 呢間學校, 現在的家長不只會去教統局投訴咁簡單, 況且明知學校偏愛細b的但家長依然要去搏一次, 這是個人決定,  對於這麼大競爭的 interview 我反而同情學校.....(唔系插你啊當傾下計算 )

比人地賺$30,其實$30好小問題...

其實班老師真的要做好多野, 無奈學位有限, 大家體諒一下啦!

雖然我囡囡in km 是咁多間當中最好表現的一間, 不過km 唔收是意料中事! 當我收到km 的reject letter 是我收咁多reject letter 當中條氣最順的一次, 因為佢都講出個事實: 唔收並唔係因為表現唔好, 而是學位有限, 大家如果向住呢個方向想, 個人真是舒服一點。

I am surprised that no one has mentioned acceptance !   I understand that competition will be very keen if the seats are limited.   But it should not be such extreme that no one has received acceptance.

If the seats are really so limited, they should not accept so many applications.    It is solely their decision on how many application form to be issued to the publc.

This showed that either they have very poor administration or they really want to earn a sum from the applicants.

My daughter also in K1 waiting list, actually she also in waiting list last year for N1 (seems KM standard is no change, my girl is not their 1st choice...haha)

As we got SC offer on hand, so will not reply to KM lu...

雖然明知佢唔會收我個細仔B，但收到信嗰刻都有啲失望，因為呢間佢真係in得真係好好，老師都表現得好喜歡......唔通因為細B? 如果係咁點解要收我地個application?點解唔好似培正講明收大仔.....?

算啦, 其實一早就唔應該有期望, 而且大家都知道唔收並不代表是小朋友表現不好就OK了!

其實明知學位有限, 我地都照報, 都只是想碰一碰運氣, 報左唔收都叫做盡過力, 亦預了志在參與, 如果報都無報過就是100%沒機會。 雖然KM唔收, 不過令我發現原來的囡囡都可以有咁好表現, 收不收已經不是重點了。

我都預左唔收, 所以收到 waiting letter 都無唔開心, 我仲想係 reject 添, 因為可以退返 d 回郵信封同相俾我麻！

totally agree with meimei! The teachers were super "robotic"...no expression and no "heart" to interview my daughter.

We are on waiting list too...but probably won't sent the reply slip back! Their admin was terrible too on interview day!

What I meant is that PC only collects K1 applications from those born in Jan - Aug 2007.

actually i forgot to give them envelopes, photos, birth cert on the interview day (i was very frustrated on the day as i thought everything was sent to the kindie with the application form, i am such a "big head shrimp" @__@

then after the interview, i asked my hubby if i should send the kindie all the documents....then my hubby told me not to waste my resources
