* Parents are requested to submitthe completed application form in person with relevant documents to theSchool from 27 September to 2 October 2007during office hours.
    * Office hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am – 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm) ； Saturday ( 9:00 am – 12:00 noon)

如屬天主教教友、請帶同領洗証明書副本。

已貼郵票之回郵信封兩個。

報名表格請交回本校二樓書記室。

請於十一月十三日（星期二）前交回申請表。
