其實15分真係算好運可能亞女係SARS後出生, 這年出生率比較低.

Hi Chloe Ma,

It's lucky that you choose a good school without moving out. But do you know how other mum do it, move out to wanchai or not for net 12.

But if I move to Wanchai, to me, I can only afford to rent a cheap flat due to $$. And if i use the rent address, will it affect the impression to apply for DSS/private school.

南區的中學校網的確比較弱, 大概8個學生爭1個津校英中位. 我都係住南區, 我女今年小一第一輪自行收生只得15分,幸運地派左灣仔區小學.

Hi Chloe Mum,

But in your plan, you think of cross district only, right?

But if you can't get a seat in net12 in first draw, then the chance of lucky draw in net 12 will be even smaller, am i right?

I just wonder if net 18 parent will do something to get into good school in net 12. As some mum said, no much good primary and secondary school in net18

Actually, my children is boy and if moving to net 12 from net 18, i can see the advantage in lucky draw be include only the following 4 schools for better english secondary school conversion.

1. st joseph
2. wah yan
3. hen govt am
4. hen govt pm

Am i correct or have i overlook something, pls advise

我識人在南區某小學由 P1 至 P6 都考全級第一, 但第一輪自選 King's, 但入不到, 因個個有份去見的都係考前幾名, 有D重係九龍區名小校生去見的.  最後他入咗南區某英中.

重有 St James, 佢每年都有大約五成上到英中, 但今年首輪 15分都未必入到.

佢係灣仔吾系最 Hot, 同 Wah Yan, St Joseph, Hennessy, 等有直屬' 聯系的當然冇咁受歡迎, 但每年約有十個八個去都 QC, 而很多去到聖公會鄧肇堅中學. 所以 St James 都系半熱 choice 黎架.

因 Net 12 有太多好中學, 入得去, 已等於很大機會上英中了.

吾係田始.  

佢個年自行申請只可交一間, 無而家咁可以自行交兩間.

最後佢派左去南區某英中, 長期考到全級三名之內.

剛剛去田始同St James 綱頁看過去年升中result, 都頗近, 只是差1至2%.    如果入到田始, 保持前排位, 都吾錯架,.

為免引起各方面 fans 紛爭, 你可自已入其網頁仔細分析.


可以說的是南區英中位很少, 從它官方網頁看到, 就算有五成第一組別學生, 但派吾足五成英中位.

至於 St James, 它在 Net12 不是最 hot 小學, 它已有此成績,  就知兩區上英中分別了.


其實入到 net 18 最最hot 的也不錯, 自己决定吧.
