Anybody receive 2nd batch acceptance phone calls or letters from SSCPS?

It is nearly Friday, apart from related parents who has studied in SSCPS before had got the 2nd batch acceptance phone calls or letters.  Or anybody really have any ideas of 2nd batch acceptance letters?  Anybody give up the seat with SSCPS?

It seems you had mentioned before in other posts that you had great doubt about SSCPS's interview arrangement and you found it bad (may be I wrongly recalled).  You wanna study there ?

I do mention in another post that somebody decide to study in SSCPS because of the interview arrangement.  Because I did interivew few schools and found that SSCPS interview doesn't count anything to consider for studying in the school.  However, why I would like my child to study there because of the girls I met there which is quite good.

Hope I made myself clear in here.

Recevied letter on last Friday la......

But it is rejected letter.

So I think no letter = good news at this stage.

My 1st choice gone......finally......so sad.

So it means that for those who didn't receive any letter from them might have a chance?

Yes, any parent receive the reject letter from SSCPS? If really not, I may call the school if they have sent the wrong letter to me. (Well, this is my wish only. But the chance is near to zero.)

I knew two moms that told me a few of their kids' classmates recieved the rejection letters from SSCPS.

Hi aa120520.  I have given up this school long long time already.  Now, I guess I will go for the school that my son got alloted in the 1st round.  What about you?  Any other choices on hand than?  Don't get too upset as I believe there will be 1 good school your kid can go-may not be ideal but shouldn't be too bad.  Add oil!

Thanks. Nowadays my kid only offer is from government......HR PM school. How about yours?

that's a very very good school and the 2 best things are: good secondary schools connection and it's free. i got in Wah Yan.  so it's not that bad either. Just trying to be "ah Q"!

It seems that other than those with relations to SSCPS, no one receives any calls / good news from the school, but rejection letters. The parents last year claimed that no one ever received rejection letters. Their practices have changed?

WoW, Wan Yan. What a lucky kid. I agreed that HR PM is good school & secondary school connection is good too. But need to 'afraid' again after 6 years. I don't want to experience it again ah......

i tried writing letters to the school already, but seems "stone sink into sea" .. no reply no news at all.

i think the school has its own way to choose students.
