1.  We are only available on Sundays.  Cannot fit in if 26 June 2pm.

2.  I don't mind sharing cost of venue, if we are coming.  (Maybe need to be next time.)

3.  九龍仔公園in Kln City = several entrances on Inverness Road, one on Dumbarton Road (which is a sidestreet of La Salle Road).

Buses : Nos. 10, 7B, 113, 2D, and any bus which travels along Waterloo Road.
Parking spaces available on Inverness Road, somestime a few on Dumbarton Road.
The Bauhinia Garden is very near the Kln Tsai Swimming Pool.

There are several other areas in the park itself which can hold a group of adults and children, but the Bauhinia Garden should be a good place to hold your gathering since it has gates and is fenced off from the drive, easy to handle with less chance of  children wandering away and getting lost.

Actually, how long would / should it all last ?

Suggest that, if you can book clubhouse (need to cfm no. of participants, then arrange for collection of $$, and cfm booking; need to act VVV fast), then hold 1st gathering at clubhouse (easier to meet and greet, since we don't recognize each other), and plan any future gatherings at the park.

If mummies are worried about it being too sunny at an open park, and if the function will only last for 2 hrs, maybe it can go from 4pm - 6pm when sun is going down so it won't be too hot.

How many kids should there be at a time ?

My son is having a soccer training on Sunday 4:30, so I think I can only available on Saturday and 2:00 on Sunday.

I suggest that it can be a 2hrs gathering, as mocha said the clubhouse charges $200per hr, if we can group 10 parties(parents+son or daughter), each party will have to pay for $40. I think it still worth to held in an air-condition room rather than sweating outdoor.
