Re: 請問有無小朋友返緊上康維多利亞幼兒園的n1呢?
my daughter is studying in Victoria's pre-nursery at the moment - I dont think it is too difficult to get into Victoria if you apply in accordance with their admission procedure (info available from their website) but like all other well-known schools, you will need to have other fallback plans as well just in case. It is difficult to say whether or not the schools fees are justified - it depends what you are looking for, how much the fees mean to you (for some people it is a lot but for some people it is like "spare change" if you see what I mean). My personal view is that for a 2 yr old, it dosent really matter where they go - it is the experience of sharing, interacting with other children that is more important. I now advise my friends that they should just choose a nursery which is convenient for them and then perhaps consider more seriously the issue of K1. However, if you wish to stay at Victoria beyond the 2 yr old nursery class, then of course you need to get your foot in the door and start as early as possible. My daughter seems to really enjoy school and their teacher is very good - she is very caring and my daughter's Chinese has improved a lot these past few months. I particularly like Victoria becos they have a Chinese and English teacher who stays with them the whole time so it is truly bilingual. Whilst people complain it is commercial, for us mummies, actually I think that is a good thing. If you want to find out more, you can pm me |
