I think it's quite good. Teachers are nice. My sons' teacher focuses more on academic, discipline and manners. The teacher teaches not only the kids but the helpers and the parents. For example, when the helper is giving too much help to the kid, the teacher would suggest the helper to step back so the kid learns to be more independent. The teacher is willing to advise the parents what to do on certain situations so the kids won't be spoiled.
As for English, I think it's good enough. Cantonese is forbidden in class. Sometimes when the kids answer in Cantonese, the teacher would tell them to speak in English only. The NET doesn't speak Cantonese but after living in Hk for more than 10 years, she knows a few basic phrases like 早晨、多謝. Once in a while, she might say these basic Cantonese phrases in class.
