Have tried the playgroup of Early Times in Causeway Bay last Sat. Their teacher is a native English teacher (comes from UK) who loves children & with great patience .... clean & safe environment. My 14 month son had a great time.
Price is quite reasonable at $120 per lesson (each lesson 1.5 hour). They offer a trial lesson for free.
