天晴泳會..服務態度勁差

Yesterday, we go to Fu Shan to attend the swimming class, about 300 to 500 people waiting outside the swmming pool, at that moment (無可能入到泳池), I think I have joint the swimming class is no need to line up together with the people, but I still ask my husband to follow the line. Both me and my girl waiting the teacher, the teacher come at 2:15 (he is on time), but he is very young (around 18), he ask me to follow the line, our class with start at 2:30 pm, but I think if I follow the line, the class will start at 4:00 pm, but the pool will close on 5:30, how can I have a 2hrs class????  Then we have many many questions about the class, the teacher cannot answer us, he only can say: I don't know.  I know it's not his matter, most important is the  泳會, we're 受騙. 一定要投訴. 錢是緊要, 但是負朋友的希望重緊要, 無人性 , bk網主, 你會否幫忙呀, 我們成班家長及小朋友都好唔開心啦. (我都是因見到bk廣告才去報名的)
