I live in NT for 30 years, have no idea about 34 net, anyone could recommend rent flat in this district? Budget is around $7-10K, at least 2 rooms. I can accept old buildings.
Rent for flats in To Kwa Wan, for example, has been increasing a lot for the last two years. Assume you are looking for a 2-bedroom flat near Heep Yunn School, you will expect to rent a 468 sq flat at 嘉景花園 at around $7,500 per month. Do talk to the agency nearby!
