What they classified as 'old girl' is the mom to graduate from the primary school. That means, completing primary 6 education. You may call the school and they should have your record and tell you what to do in case you don't have any solid proof in hand.

Yes, need to show your primary graduation certificate. If you have lost it, you may write to the principal to ask for her certification letter as the school can check to their records as long as you remember your year of graduation. Call the school office for details.

I appreciate all the responses.  Will write to the principal and ask for the certification letter then.  Hope it won't take too long.

No, you don't need to write to the principle. I was in the same boat and all I had to do is walk in to the office and then ask them to search the record for me. After they found it, they photocopied it for me. And I just take that photocopy with my other documents back to school when registering.
