你收到 result 了嗎?我的小朋友在復試後就沒消息了﹐雖然明知機會不大﹐但也好希望能快點知道result...........

你小朋友報那個課程和樂器 ? 有沒有參加筆試 ?我聽朋友說有些人已收到通知, 但我也仍然沒收到.

My daughter applied piano & choir, I received the piano result 2 weeks after the audition, the result of course(I regret to inform you.....). For the choir,  I haven't received the result yet.
Normally, if your application is failed, you will recived the result very soon after the audition, it's my past experience.

That's means: no news is good news for the time being?!

I wish to ask whether it is a must to have a Grade 2 piano Certificate before the child can apply for junior Piano course.

我們還沒收到任何通知

是否每個dept做法都一樣就唔知,但去年小女申請了piano, choir & flute, piano & choir的audition是在同一天,大概2星期後,我亦在同一天收到reject letter. 而flute就在7月中先收到信,結果係收左小女.今年係唔係咁就唔知啦.

唔該晒你既資料, 咁你囡囡舊年使唔使考筆試呀?

She didn't take any written test, because she applied the MJ301 course, individual beginner's course, they stated that you no need to learn that instrument before, therefore my daughter play piano during the audition for flute. (she never learn flute before)

你覺得囡囡係apa學同出面有什麼分別 ?

一來她沒有在外面學過長笛,二來未有咁快夾band同上musicianship,所以暫時說不出分別. 但要有心理準備學習的過程會好demanding, 小女在暑假期間要私人比學費跟老師繼續,不可以停,老師已plan好出年要考級,而考試的所有曲目要全部學晒先,成幾十首,最末段才選決定考邊3首,聽到呀女叫救命. 另外,演藝到5月就會考試,是由dept head考,不是自己的老師考.

嘩~聽倒都好似好嚇人喎, 咁你覺得有無影響佢日常功課呢? 同埋,d 老師惡唔惡架 ?

小女的老師好人到不得了,但nice還nice,笛是一定要練,無得側側膊.因為每天起碼要練45mins,所以舊年一返演藝就cut左公文,如果唔係跟本就唔夠時間.:

介唔介意話我知私人受課要幾錢呀 ?或者你pm比我知如果唔介意既話.
pre-junior都咁intensive呀, 有d擔心我小朋友頂唔順

Piano course分2種,pre-junior (aged 5-8, at least grade 2), Junior(Aged 7-16, at least grade 4)
