PLK-TSL校長離校

昨天係E-CLASS果MAIL BOX,收到李太的email,昨天是她的last day. 唔知道會安排邊果新校長來學校.
我同囝囝未經歷過以前袁校長的領導, 一直是由李太負責,我個人覺得李太很有精力,十分投入學校所有事宜,為學校付出很多時間!所以我對李太的離開覺得很可惜!:(

We appreciate her 4-year service in the school and we will miss Mrs Li.

The pupils in the school like her very much.
Under the joint efforts of all the teachers, she has done a lot to bring TSL to another stage since she joined the school.

We wish her all the best in her choice of retirement.

A new principal should come on board in September.
It may not necessarily to be a negative thing to have a new principal to bring in other new ideas, though a lot of us shall miss Mrs Li.

Yes, I agree with your  opinion, PLK must arrange a good principal toTSL.
I remember that Mrs. Li  gave many ideas and many events to our student such as Campus TV, E-Class, E-Circular etc... We must miss her for future!

Mrs. Li was a new principal at TSL 4 years ago.

If we look at this matter in a more positive manner, we hope that the new one will be as good as her.

Not sure whether the news is reliable or not.  Learned from some parents and teachers that the new principal would be Mr Yeung who is now the head of PLK Chong Kee Ting Primary School.  According to the source, his leadership style is very similar to Mrs Yuen's.  Therefore, you do not have to worry much.  You may go to his school website to check out how he runs his school, http://www.plkcktps.edu.hk/homehk/start.php.

Changing the principle will definitely affect the school policy. Will become better or worse? Anyway, according to their newly announced secordary school distribution, the result is not very outstanding. Maybe, this is the reason...

Nothing like that.
I learnt from parents of other PLK primary schools that the principals of PLK pr schools in general sort of "rotate" : they move on to some other school after several years.  May be some admin policy of PLK (my guess).
And there was some "wind" that Mrs. Li would be leaving, ever since last Dec at least.

The school will carry on, under the macro-management of PLK.  As will all other PLK schools.

Actually, I heard this information in October last year.

I believe no matter who the new principal will be, a team of dedicated teachers, a group of enthusiastic parents and a flock of outgoing/confident pupils will forge a good output (i.e. quality pupils).

Declaration : I am not PLK insider.

I just learnt from parents of other PLK pr schools that principals from diff PLK pr schools transfer to other pr schools every few yrs.
Don't think it is a new policy, just a practise.
Think of it this way :
Rotation = the senior management (ie principal) can promulgate their ideas (of course the better ones) and share their experience.
Will also avoid breeding 山頭主義 and corruption.

無論是那一個新校長,我都相信由PLK安排落TSL都會是盡心盡力的校長,而且TSL已經歷很多事情,我們已有足夠的預備.無論家長,學生及老師都會準備好來迎接新校長.

建泳池係羅校長，如果兩位挍長比較兩位都好好，不過個人所見羅校長比較叻ｄ醒ｄ有遠見ｄｄ.......各位陳守仁家長真係冇乜必要繁惱新校長問題，我地Ｄ舊家長個個都經歷過，年幾無校長狀態，千其唔好比外面消息影响，學校係唔會比一位冇領導才能校長給陳守仁小學嘅，呢一方面我可以話懇定。ＣＨＵＣＨＵ唔知今年男生扣門好唔好呢！令千金係唔係過香港上學 希望各位家長記住（呢番說話係ｄ舊家長講落）陳守仁小學係一間普通小學各位家長不要和別校比較.......大家一定要為學校、家長和學生努力，要有爭取過有努力過各人同心為校爭光過才會創出陳守仁小學明日奇績，以後真係靠你們各人再創奇績。

我鍾意Mrs.Li 多d, 個人覺得羅校長太就家長. Mrs.Li 嚴d但更為學生利益出發....我今年在升中放榜日親眼見到Mrs.Li 站在操場忙碌地幫派位不理想的學生簽推薦信, 她仲發現個staff寫錯la salle 校長名...我囡出年才升中, 希望新校長都咁幫的學生.

而且羅校長是因另有高就而離開tsl...(攪tsl掂俾小拔掘走咗), 不是甚麼保良局rotation of principal..

我都覺得Mrs. Li 好盡心. 我認識的高年班家長都話Mrs. Li 好d.

今年介係band 1尾同band 2d家長比較穏陣,多在第一輪自行選直資就決定,可能tsl 家長對某幾間直資都好信任啦.
今年校內成績男仔比較弱,女仔就好勁,所派位方面男仔就一般啦.不過其實都ok架.

羅校長所推行所有政策都係經過保良局嘅.....唔係羅校長想點就點...小道消息不能盡信（羅校長係因音樂大摟事件，保良局方面覺得有人想脫離保良局機構，私身加學費每年增加學費學校自資5000萬建音樂大摟，當然保良局和羅校長關係...，後來保良局比5000萬全數資付學生不用加學費維持至2007年。關係緊張係去小拔之前，如果音樂大摟當年係陳守仁小學家長資付，咁羅校長前夫係乜乜音樂博士總監之女..好易令人覺得可能或者會....（不可盡信） 羅校長在各方面都真係好叻
