About the studio you stated, I knew someone used to teach at it few years ago. She told me that the boss only focus on business rather than education. The boss allows the students to play exactly the same repertoires, denies students' interest or preference. She also told me even the pieces aren't playing well, a new one must be assigned in order to meet the particular progression set by the boss!! The administration of it is also very messy, which leads many problem between teachers & students / parents. So she quit the job.
