BB 17mths , 4月時買 full set, 之前有張參考的 timetable (Schedule A -大概用3 個月時間熟習 palyalong & singalong, 之後Schedule B - 又要用3個月時間熟習 singalong & basic ABC )我發覺 bb 不太喜歡basic ABC 除了某D 係singalong 入面見過個D 佢會停下來望下, 其他佢就會行閞, 咁我應否繼續 Schedule B 還是播佢喜歡的Schedule A ? 因為之前參加過第一步曲個 instructor 強調話套野買0左3個月要開始播 basic ABC ,所以想請教現在怎麼辦 ?

Basic ABC, in fact, is quite boring and some of the chapters are quite long. Your baby is 17 months and his concertration is short. My education advisor has told me that even the baby is not watching but he is listening.

But i found that if my baby is familiar to the songs first, then she will love video very much. My baby is 22 months and she can follow the instruction in the Play-along but  it seems that she does not like the Basic ABC much. But don't give up. The baby still can listen to the sound. Later, they may like it because they have to understand the content of Basic ABC before they can play the games/exercise in the books. Besides, you can set a place or a chair for the baby to watch the TV. This will help the baby to set up his own habit.
