Date : 03 Oct, 2004
Time : 1400 - 1530
Place : New Town Plaza - Shatin

THINGS HAPPENED :-
Me and my wife & 4 years old son went shopping at New Town Plaza. When we via a place selling books, a man approched us and bring us to a small table saying that they were promoting kids learning programme. During his presentation, his colleague said she can help us to take care of my son so that we could concentrate in studying the programme.
After almost 45 minutes, we thought that it was not suitable for us and we planed to leave, but we can't find the lady & my son!!! Mr. Tang asked us not to worry & said that may be his colleague played with my son somewhere around. Then he made a phone call to his colleague and reply me that they would be back soon, therefore we sat down and wait. 15 minute past, they didn't show-up!! Mr. Tang tried to call again but he said nobody answered and still asked us to wait. During that period, he kept proposing their programme to me and it made us felt angry. When I claimed that I want to call the Police to look for my son, he finally can contact his colleague, and my son was back!!!!

I have watched some parents' comments on the other forum : HURRY ENGLISH & STORY BOOM" noticed that their service was not up to standard. That's why I decided to post my bad experience here in order to give warning to other BK parents.

呢間公司用呢d 三流推銷手法, 試問仲點會有人賣佢的野? 直頭完全讓人好反感啦, 真係要認住呢家野先至得。

Really too bad! I think they did not need to use this kind of method. Actuallythe product is good as I think. They don't need to use this kind of selling method.

Hope their supplier will know and not allow them to sell anymore.

大家其實兩邊都要小心！我分別收到兩邊的訊息，反方話間公司用不良手法！辯方則云有已被炒sales(假冒BKparents)重傷佢，完全無50/100蚊事件！反方又話辯方假冒BK parents讚間公司同埋d consultant.其實我都唔知真相係咩！各位自行判斷吧！無咁好氣再講這個case!大家小心啦！

Agree wtih KcPooh, 我覺得套product無問題, 照計佢地可以sell得好好, 我唔明點解佢地重要有咁多下三流的手法去搵錢!!!亦唔低得一套好既教才落入如此一間service差的公司去sell, "鄧"套product慘!!! 佢地既總公司應該考慮下再俾唔俾佢地sell佢地套野!!!

你咁清楚的，人地都無講詳５０�１００蚊事件，都唔明你講甚麼

人地都無中傷甚麼呀！不如叫當時人post 個sale 名，product 名上黎，以表中肯啦．

I think this must be something happen in this company between the sales and the management. I agree with KcPooh and Coolpig that 鄧"套product慘!
