"Mind Maps for kids" by Tony Buzan is quite good.  Simple theory but effective.  Help kids to capture things more easily and effectively.  Some kindergardens in Hong Kong, such as Creativity Kindergarten have already used this approach in their "roject".  It teaches a "learning / thinking  approach".
