Bad experience in Jolly Crown (Tsuen Wan)

I called to there yesterday and said someone told me your centre quite good but no trial class and need to pay 8 session at one time. Ms Wong told me "Oh... we dont have free trail class on Sunday but can offer 1 class for you from tue- fri... then i reserved it...
but i called them to reconfirm today and make sure this is free... but the lady (who pick up the phone) told me they NEVER provide free trial class.... and i said but yesterday told by Ms. Wong is ok... and she still said is no way.. then i said ok,, if not convenient to you,,, i will find another playgroup.. and she still answer ok.. that's fine...
And I feel not really happy and call again would like to talk to Ms. Wong to see why they NEVER have free trial but she still offer me yesterday... when I ring that company,,
May I talk to Ms. Wong

I said: 2492 8018
THe Lady: who are you looking for Ms. Wong
(She know the number I dial is correct, BUT still asking me what number I dial, very bad attitude)
The Lady: Ms wong left, she is not here
I Said: ok. I call her later
and she cut my telephone line
WHAT IS THIS ATTITUTE THEY ARE>.????????????

Sorry... but I am so angry and type long long words here/// Hope all mom will go there to attend the class the offered.. BE CAREFUL.

My baby joined the course before, also, I got bad experience too, I would like to have trial course first but I willing to pay one time of the course, the same like you, they said they don't it, I need to pay full course of the 8 lessons, I just let my son attended 3 - 4 times only because he cried all the time, so, I just left it and lost the money of the rest of course...

So, joining the playgroup, it is better to take the trial class before paying the money, actually, not just the money, it is to know whether the place is accepted by the baby or not... it is the important.....

Absolutely agreed u... at least we would like to know our baby is love to stay there ma.
i am really angry as Ms. wong told me she will provide me a free trial class on 30 Dec... but how come when i call to reconfirm,, the bad lady answer me the different answer with bad attitute.. anyway, i will not join there.
