I've tried the free lesson before and found it's just so-so.

btw, I still joined their Eastre program because the price is quite cheap - $900 for 4 lessons(@2.5hr/lesson)

I have called them and made this complain and the person-in-charge has apologized to me this Monday.

In addition to the impacts mentioned, the case is that they have contacted the persons who wanted to have trial classes but missed out contacting the persons who have registered and paid for the course.
