Lazy eye - 3.5 yrs old

My daughter 3.5 yrs old now and suspected to have lazy eye.  Can any mami have experiences in dealing with this case?  My friend referred 2 places for kids eye checking.  Any mami have been visited their clinic and did any eye trainning with your kids?  Can any one  share with me?  Which one better and more reliable?

Qqbma,

I doubt that is lazy eye without eye examination.  Normally there will be a process and when the eye get worsen than it will become lazy eye.  For example, intermittent exotropia then to lazy eye.

我朋友本身有少少lazy eye。她的女兒一兩嵗時，我也發現她久不久有lazy eye，我提醒朋友要注意一下。然後，她上K1，老師也發現她有lazy eye的情況。朋友終于帶女兒去了poly的驗眼中心。原來，她有八百多遠視加上百多度省光，現已帶上眼鏡。她現在四嵗多，希望改善遠視，但省光應該改不了。

My daughter has 遠視 on both eyes around 250 - 300 when she was 3.  However, she is getting worse now, just half year, one eye increased more 100遠視 and have over 100 省光 on the other eye.  I only visited government eye specialist doctor in the past.  The doctor suspected her has lazy eyes and suggested me to use outside private doctor if I can afford, becasue the next booking in government will be over 6 months.  He also suggest her using eye glasses to help immediately.

janelle00, can you tell me more about yr friend's case, did yr friend's daughter did any eye training at Poly U?  How was it?  Is it effective?

Any other mami can share your experience?

Poly給我朋友的解析是因爲眼睛看不清楚，所已個女就不用它，形成lazy eye。她們在家裏會做鬥雞眼、左look look、右look look，幫助眼球做運動。還有是配眼鏡，令到眼睛看得到，就不會懶惰。
