Where can I buy Sesame Street CD and books?

But are there any shops which sell them as well?

I went to Dymocks at IFC today, but they've only got VCDs.  My BB can' really concentrate on the TV screen for more than a few minutes, so I really want to get him Elmo's songs.  Even the CDs at geobaby's are sold out!!

Then you should try HK Records at Pacific Place for Sesame Street CD. Or you can try HMV.

But suggest you not to give your baby too much Sesame Street CD or TV at this stage. It's because SS is too entertaining & he will refuse to watch other more educational TV or listen to other music like classical when he grows older.

My advice is no need to give little baby too much entertaining programs too early - its diffifcult to shift back to other stuff. I have experience with my girl (hopefully it's ok but really difficult)

She is still a big fans of SS & Barney as I introduced these to her when she was around 7 months. When I gave her stuff like Baby Einstein afterwards, she refuses to watch ( as u know these are more boring but really more educational).

I don't mean SS is not good for kids. But there are really more other choices suitable for little baby before you introduce SS to him.

Just to share my own experience. Maybe your baby is not reluctant to watch other programmes like my kid.

my kid likes the Brainy Baby series when she was about 1.5 years old.

But Barney is still her no. 1 favourite as she watched it before 1 year old.
