德雅小學 and 播道書院

Dear all,

We have to decide one between 播道書院 and 德雅小學 for my child P1 in Sept.

Appreciate anyone can give some comments.

Where do you live ?

I live in TKO so if going Tak Nga we have to leave home 7:15 but If going to EC, we can walk for just about 10minutes.

我女係EC 讀我覺得幾好. 出年升p.3 你有物想知.

We concern EC is able to match with public/private school level in Secondary
And concern if student require to take public Exam after Secondary
We also afraid EC English level is too high but I expect EC can provide a good platform for student to speak.

Appreciate your comments.

播道書院的中﹑英﹑數水平相比其它小學是高還是低？

中學我暫時未有深入研究, 而小學方面我問過女女補習老師, 她說以tko 區黎講是比較深因除中文科外其他科目都是用英文教), 而現在就選EC 的家長就覺英文科比較淺(我想學校是由淺入深咁教)中文比較深. 而我個人就認為常識比較深因全部都係英文, 所以如果小朋友不查字典有d字是不會明白的, 而數學小2開始要自己睇題目阿女都習慣了一d數學常用詞語(例如 more than, less, ,times, altogether, odd, even ... ) 所以都能夠明白. 至於tak nga 是用什麼教學方法我就不大清楚.

Thanks, I got a better picture of EC now. And we will have a chance to ask EC this Friday night and hope my daughter will be your's schoolmate.
