Hi, I would like to ask, on the purple 'department of health' form, what do i write for 'student reference number'? It states 小一學生的學生编号請參考小一派位證。Does this mean the 教育局小一註冊證，or the ref number given by SJACPS? Please help, many thanks.

Student reference number is stated in your P.1 Reg. Form, which should be the same as your child's birth certificate number.

Thanks! just one more question, do we need to return the pink 'demerit' card also? Really appreciate your help, I still need to rush out and get photos taken and buy raincoat tomorrow.:bashful

Thanks for your help. seems like so much to put in school bag even before any books. .. Cardigan, rain coat, snack box, water bottle, handkerchief, tissue, homework book, plastic folder, morning reading book. ... Why so much ah? !
