New kindergartens Harts vs St hilary

As those two schools are new.  My son got offers from Harts and St hilary.  I am struggling cuz the tuition cuz Harts is my preference but the tuition is higher.  Do you have any advice for that or does your kid attend any one of the schools?

My son also accepted by St. Hilary but I am still thinking if I should drop out from his current school (York in Kln Tong);
Anyone can share your thought?

If I were you, I will stay in York. Longer history and P1 allocation not bad
