Thanks for asking.  Luckily, I have got an offer from HK Exam authority.   So, I have to pay for $236.  If I could find someone to swap by myself, then it would help to save some money.

You may submit an application for rescheduling of Exam Dates/Tims to HKEAA.  If they find a match, they will inform you and you could then decide whether to accept the offer or not.  Of course, if you accept the swap, you have to pay $236.  If you can find a partner to swap, you would end up paying $41 only.  

So, in short, submit the application first while you are looking for possible candidate to swap.

I think they are not very strict.  Probably any reasonable answer would be good enough and btw they didn't ask me for any proof.

i received the call from the EA, but i will spend the EA fee, lost the exam centre rehearsal fee.....
