見到個個家長都好鬼緊張仔女d學業,
補習社同playgroup開到通街都係
所以都開始prepar緊自己攪間教育中心,有playground,同幼兒/小學英文gramma,phonics,storytelling,oral等以英文為主的課程
有冇人知道邊到有樓上舖頂讓,仲有邊區客源會多d?

I think it is very difficult to find some good tutor, how do you overcome this problem? (maybe the market is good now, no one want to work )

I want to run a centre too
since i'm a teacher and the job nature is so hard,terrible.

所以我地自己教開書o既出o黎攪番learning centre係好o的o既........
(我以前都成日要幫學校train o的新入職o既teacher.........
而我又試過自己攪agent介紹上門補習tutor比家長........
所以我諗我都知點搵good tutor o既.......)

First of all, I think you should think the following points, ( I always read Next magazine"一盤生意", so i am a semi-expert )
1. the location ~know the competitors and rent...
2. target group ~ affect the lessons fee and quality
3. budget ~ affect the size of centre
4. centre 的定位~ cause many competition
5. how many 股東及其分工?
Maybe before we start to run a business, should do the marketing first or we will throw money into the sea
