Both schools offer English programme. Learning Plus claims their courses on "English Grammar" and "Comprehension and writing" are excellent. Teachers are local.
English Excel's programme is a consolidated one including oral, reading, composition, grammar, etc., and the teachers are all native English. Max no. of students is four.
