Maybe it's because fotop.net web server is very busy at the moment. You know, if there are too many people link fotop.net's pictures, that server will become very busy and can't handle all the requests at the same time. Therefore, many such photo album web sites will limit the number of linking at a time in order to protect its server.
To solve your problem, you might need to use a better/bigger/more stable album web site.
