K1 interview

Do your kids know what interview is?  I think my boy doesn't know what interview is, what he has done during the interview and whether he has been rejected.  Only the parents know.

No the children don't need to know. If you don't tell them, or worst yet, punish them after a suspected poor performance or received reject/waiting letters, they wouldn't know what happened.

It's something we better leave for ourselves to worry about.
