Complain about Kids Smart in Tsing Yi

I feel very disappointed with this learning center. The fee isn't cheap. However, the course isn't the same as they described and the staffs aren't that responsible.

Lesson:
The course claims to have story telling, role play, games to improve children's English speaking but my daughter just has to do worksheets, read the poem, sing English songs and so on only. She don't have any interactive activities to improve her English conversation skill. She doesn't enjoy the lessons and says the time there passes very slowly. (it implies the lessons isn't interesting)

Admin. problem:
We got a free English accessment offer. The staff said she would contact us for the time arrangment but she never called back. I need to go and ask for that.

While my daughter's school started in the middle of August, I told the staffs that we need to rearrange the time for the summer course once I applied the course. The staff said they would care about that because many students need to go to school before Sept.
I asked about the arrangment at the first lesson, the staff said she would call the parents or give us notice to choose the dates for the make up class very soon. My mother also tried to ask them too and go the same answer. But, I heard nothing from them again. At last, we must ask them to tell us the exact dates when we could have the make up class. She didn't give us any notice about the changed time after we chose the dates. Somehow I am worried that she wouldn't remember when my daughter will go to have the make up class.
We can see they didn't try to solve the problem before.
We chose to have the 2 make up classes on 2 Saturday. Every lesson should be held 2 hours as normal. When my mother took her to the center, she reminded the staff that it would be the make up class.
The English teacher was not pleased once seeing having one more student joing the class.  My mother can feel it is not that positive already.
Who know the staff called me and asked me why there isn't anyone to pick my daughter up after 1 hour!!! I was pissed off!! She let my daughter to wait outside alone for over 20 mintues. The staff didn't feel sorry at all and just put her into the other class in the middle of the lesson. She didn't say sorry when my husband went to pick my daughter up. She only said she had marked down the info already and she would remember the lesson would be held for 2 hours next Saturday.


We will not forget to remind them how long the lesson should be next time.

I will not recommand anyone to go to this learning center.
