教育局經評審專上課程資料網（iPASS）公布去年副學位畢業生的升學就業數據，17間院校畢業生的平均月薪，介乎9317元至1.68萬元，當中較低薪一族的薪酬較前一年攀升，中原人力資源顧問公司董事總經理周綺萍解釋，有關畢業生受惠於最低工資。

她補充，今年就業市道與去年相若，副學位畢業生的起薪點介乎8000至1.1萬元，而近年部分行業人手短缺，令相關畢業生有較大機會獲高薪聘用。

護理拖高公大高級文憑月入1.67萬

根據各院校提供數字，去年公開大學的畢業生平均月薪最高，高級文憑畢業生平均月入1.67萬元，相信與該校首批護理學高級文憑畢業生入職當護士、拉高薪酬有關。薪酬水平第二高的是明愛專上學院畢業生，平均月薪為1.31萬元。

周綺萍表示，現時高級文憑畢業生薪酬參差，當中一些缺人的行業，例如園藝、護理等，以高薪吸納人才，令相關學科畢業生可「跑贏大市」，有較高起薪點。

畢業生平均薪酬不足1萬元的院校，由前一年的14間減至去年的7間，周解釋，近年失業率低，全港人工都略有上漲，幅度與通脹相若，最低工資亦推高了較低收入。

部分院校失業率仍高企

不過，部分院校就業不足率及失業率仍高企，藝術學院與嶺大持續進修學院均有約三成畢業生任兼職、就業不足或失業，該兩校與中大專業進修學院的失業率均超過一成。

另邊廂，近半數院校有九成或以上畢業生覓得全職工作、或繼續升學，當中公開大學、理大專上學院、恒生管理學院及明愛白英奇專業學校，就業情較理想。

副學位學生升讀本地資助學位比率亦持續不理想，僅兩間院校畢業生升八大比率達三成或以上，6間院校畢業生升讀資助學位比率為零，其中耀中社區書院雖全數畢業生選擇升學，但均升讀自資本地課程。情最佳為港大附屬學院副學士畢業生，32.8%升讀資助課程。

I am interested to know the breakdown of OU employment survey.

I still remembered that in HK Polytechnic year, the highest pay was for Dip in Japanese Studies. I puzzled and checked out why. The reason was 1/3 of the class from Police Force, the most junior one is senior inspector.......

I think the survey result is misleading because OU has many part-time students with full time job already.

No laa, OU only count full time course for IPASS institution program actually I can guess the reason of why OU high diploma program which is nursing program and was certified by hk nursing council, OU nursing program has some reputation, their school head is 立法會議員李國麟教授。就業率100%.
