 Just experience sharing for your information.
 
 BD has been one of the bookstores I use to purchase children books in recent years. The experience has been satisfactory until late last year.
 
 Before last Christmas, I have placed two orders with them. However, both orders were lost. For one lost delivery, they refunded and I have to place the order again which finally arrived my home. For the other one, I told them I don't want refund but a re delivery. At the end, the redelivery got lost too.
 
 For the only successful delivery I received for the re-order, I found it's no longer delivered by Royal Mail. Upon further checking, I found out they have changed their delivery logistics for HK. Am afraid this has caused the problem.
 
 For the orders placed with fishpond and amazon, they all came to me by Royal Mail timely and successfully.
