女仔，鍾意運動。二間都係運動強校，Repton遠咗D，Eastbourne 海邊位置好D。Agent話Repton比較難入。大家會點揀？

無論係歷史、本地reputation、或者全寄宿比例都一定係Repton school好啲。如果肯玩Hockey，更開心。

都唔係好明，學費一樣咁貴，英國 public school 同 private school 嘅分別係什麼？ 除咗知道公校只收15%國際學生外

我上網睇學校只有15%國際學生，唔多係因為學校只係規定收15%，定係因為唔多國 ...

大部份傳統英式寄宿學校都有海外生quota（15％都幾常見），當然Repton亦up until recently相對少喺東南亞做宣傳。不過學校好有歷史，我自己寄宿嘅時候（30+年前，喺Rugby School）其中一個最好朋友都係讀Repton，所以我都算有啲認識。

我喺日誌詳細有講以下論點（你可以去睇，我費事再重複）：
- 學校整體成績唔完全反映教學能力，亦唔反映每個小朋友自身能力。讀書嗰個係小朋友自己，英式教育亦主要引導鼓勵自學，所以我唔會太理會學校整體成績。
- 成績同更重要嘅寄宿體驗完全冇關。如果齋要成績，不如留港讀書。我個人認為去得英國寄宿，俾咁多錢，梗係想要最全面嘅寄宿體驗。

sorry漏咗你呢條問題。
Public school只係一個名稱，喺英國係代表部分有歷史嘅私立學校。相對比較新或者地位冇咁高嘅就叫independent schools，呢啲全部都係私校。英國公立學校叫comprehensive或者grammar。

至於點解叫public school，都係歷史原因（我都喺日誌有講）。呢個詞匯應該係1868年基於Lord Claredon做嘅Clarendon report而執行嘅Public Schools act而enshrine嘅。
