He's too little! He can join some music class first for the music. I think learn the swimming as the little as !

不過咁細個學要預左佢地既進度會慢d.
如果小朋友鍾意, 比佢試下無壞

3歲手指仔太短, 學琴其實未太適合!
如果想試, 玩吓敲擊樂係幾好既開始, 因為樂器種類多, 又可以同時訓練小朋友的左右手活動

我個小朋友3歲開始學 kick boxing, 我覺得幾啱玩, 當做吓運動都唔錯, 又學吓紀律咁幾好架

My son learned swimmng at 3.5 years, now he is 5 years old, can do freestyle now and started learning backstroke.

Also, my son started learning piano at 4 years old, but the fingers cannot coordinate very well.  Not until recently that his fingers become more flexible.
But I also suggest to take some music playgroup first to let him recognising the keys and notes. It will be more easier for the child to pickup later.
