DHA from fish - To eat fish everyday
Energy from Potato - To eat more steam potatoes every morning or dinner
Irion from Green Leaf - To eat more green leaf to produce enough iron in blood
Vitamin C from Fruit - To drink a cup of orange juice or lemon juice everyday and eat an apple or pear or banana or graphes everyday.
Sunshine provide vitamin D - Ride a bike after school and do more execises in the morning.
We must provide those kinds of things to our babies if you want to train up their brain. Start from Food.
Fresh food/fruit is better for all kind of meat.
Fresh water is better then all kind of soft drink.
To advoid kids sleeping so late.
Must wake up at 6am and sleep at 9pm
Reading in the morning and before go to bed
Study not only sitting in the classroom, we must go out to somewhere and take a deep breath for carrying enough oxygen.
Healthy body to keep healthy smart kids.
