Only Salesian is Chinese Secondary School and others are English Secondary School. 1. King's 2. Raymondi 3. St Mark's 4. SKW Gov't 5.Chinese Foundation 6. Cheung (more pressure) 7. Tang
8. St Stephen (far away) 9. Salesian (not bad but Chinese) 10. Sport (Shatin far away). I think you want to get the information for the first round.
If this is 2nd round, there will be another arrangement.  You can't put all best school by order, you must select some Chinese Secondary for 2 or 3 choice.

My son is studying in S1 in King's College now. I put King's at the first choice even it only provides 4 seats to WHOLE Eastern District.  Maybe my son's reference no. is very good or few students to select this. I don't know but I can tell you it's really dangerous!  Aggressive: 1. King's(4 seats), 2. Mansang, 3. St Stephen, 4. Chinese Foundation, 5. Salesian.
Safe: 1. Which one you like most?(St Mark, Cheung, SKW Gov't or Chinese Women - 160 seats) I think the same chance, 2nd - 5th like the above.

Chinese Foundation is private school, you have 3 times to apply this school.

Last year, my son and some classmates get lst choice, like King's, St Marks, Cheung but some have good academic, they get bad result. Really by luck.

What is the definition of across different nets?  According to the Primary School address or home address?

According to Primary address but you can apply for changing to home address. Each net has difference location, for example Eastern has some seats from Wanchai and Central.
